Washington State allows tenants to pay rent by the 5th of each month, but when payments are late, we are ready to act. If a tenant goes beyond their lease’s grace period, we issue the appropriate notices and collect any late fees due. Should a more serious issue arise, like non-payment, we step in to manage the process—including eviction support and finding a qualified replacement—so your property stays profitable and protected.
