You’ll receive monthly reports that include everything from rent collection to maintenance payments. All financial documents are stored in your Owner Portal, where you can log in anytime to view or download statements.
What you can access through your portal:

- Owner disbursements via ACH direct deposit
- On-demand access to current and past statements
At the end of each year, we’ll also provide:
- A comprehensive annual owner statement
