From the very start of my relationship with them, they have went above and beyond in addressing every single concern I’ve had, big or small. I’ve specifically had the pleasure of working with Katelyne Mangus as my property manager and she has exceeded my expectations in every way. When I first placed my home on the market, I had concerns due to the Pacific North West area being extremely competitive and because I only gave her a short window (less than a month) to find a tenant. But that was no problem for Katelyne! In the first week alone, she had over a handful of interested parties and was able to secure a tenant by the following week. Talk about reassurance during a stressful move! In the last year alone, I’ve had two tenants break their leases due to sudden job changes and she easily filled the house with a new tenant in the same month and helped me not miss a single beat in my mortgage payments!
