Our company was created in 2015 by a disabled army veteran who by that time had about 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. The company started as a property management wing of its larger sister - HOA management company VIS Group, Inc. It was a response to multiple requests from active duty military customers who were relocating and needed a trustful partner to manage their homes in their absence.

If given the chance, he’d trade places with a customer service team member for a day to better advocate for homeowners. An avid snowboarder (when time allows), Eugene is known for his intense focus and commitment. Guided by his father’s advice, he believes spiritual values should always come before material ones.
